I wish to go pro

I'm 18 years old currently a Head Martial arts instructor, sustained some leg injuries which make it hard to teach sometimes. been playing games for a long time, I have 4k hours on CSGO, got to A-. always wanted to go pro but never new where to start so I'm now looking for a Valorant time to aid in their success.
