I want to see where I can take competitive gaming and learn from playing with high level players

I'm 14, years old play a fragger (Jett / Raze). I can be the team's primary AWPer. as of recent, I have looked into joining a semi-pro+ Valorant team to learn more and compete at a competitive level. I've started Valorant after Beta and started finding games in the higher ranks (Immortal) and have peeked at d2. Interested in being a 6th man or a starter for the team.
