i wanna practice and scrim to get better as a player and also help the team improve.

Im a 16 year old support player in valroant im currently hard stuck in plat?low gold because im not that lucky whit ques and the occasional bad games lmao but im looking to join a team and practice and scrim and hopefully play in tournaments and become better as a player. im on almost everyday and am willing to practice and take criticism when i need it and i am very felxable if thats some type of player you need.
