Want a good foundation of a team to get better with and actually get somewhere with it, looking for players with good game sense that can work together properly

Hi, Im an 18 yo gamer about to turn 19 , I have 3k combined CS hours and much more experience in other games as well, looking for a team thats not toxic good communication , regular training schedule , Skilled players, I Main jett but play cypher as my backup
