I want a Team/squad to play comp and tournaments with.

I am a 13 Year old looking for a squad/team to play comp and tournaments with. I am a good IGL and not toxic. I played csgo before coming over to Valorant. In beta I was a Plat 3 and now was a Plat 2 but because of solo queue I have gone down to gold 3. I am on almost every day and willing to learn and grind the game with anyone.
