My ambition is to be a great teammate and win consistently to be able to rank higher than what I currently am

This is my second full season and have played at a good level so far I am confident enough to say I am good as I can be except I get stuck with low IQ teammates or erratic players who do not like to use comms. I want to be able to be a great fit with a TEAM and not individuals
