To keep growing and hopefully be pro

I've been playing valorant since its been out but I've been on and off in the first year. This year I started back grinding and practicing a lot, I'm still in the learning process. I'd love to play with a team to grow and learn more and I am hoping to be pro one day. Playing with randoms as a female is really hard and I get a lot of criticism so I'd love to play with a team that's friendly and willing to help me grow
