Nythh Esports aims to be a competitive organization across several AAA and indie games that offers players many opportunities to participate in organized play, be it through joining one of our competitive teams or signing up for one of our in-house tournaments. Our goal is to support motivated players by surrounding them with like-minded individuals and a growth-oriented environment in order to succeed. This success may take the form of players winning high-profile events while making names for themselves both inside and outside the organization.
We want this organization to be built on a foundation of empathetic, strong, serve-first leaders that make their teams the best they can be. We want our leaders to be a means of success for the organization, not the determinants of success. Essentially, we want leaders that serve the collective goals of their team, not bosses that simply make decisions for their players without their input.
If nothing else, we want to provide an environment that allows players to improve and make connections through in-house and external events while fostering values of strong leadership, collaboration, and camaraderie in a journey to succeed in the Esports world.

Nythh Esports is a newly-founded, NA-based competitive Esports community. We are starting our first competitive team in Apex Legends on PC after running two competitive rosters for the melee slasher game MORDHAU since March 2021. We are looking for players that are willing to work hard and collaborate to make names for themselves and the org in an improvement-oriented environment. We want players to be friends and teammates that both enjoy each others' company AND push each other to improve.

- Has reached Masters / Predator rank at least twice
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Is open-minded and amenable to constructive criticism
- Is fluent in English
- Is in the NA Region
