BLACKSPELL is recruiting dedicated competitive Call of Duty players who are looking for a serious team environment and want to develop, compete, and win together.

We're building our competitive program around structured practice, strong communication, accountability, and long-term player development. We're not looking to throw together a roster for a few tournaments—we want players who are interested in building chemistry and progressing with the organization.

What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:

We're interested in players who are competitive, active, reliable, coachable, and team-first. You should be able to communicate effectively, take constructive criticism, attend scheduled practices, and maintain a strong competitive mentality.

Individual skill matters, but chemistry, communication, game IQ, consistency, and willingness to improve matter just as much.

We're especially interested in players who want to build with an organization instead of constantly jumping from team to team.
