SEARCHING PLAYERS UP TO 3500 MMR FOR CAPTAINS MODE:

Hi, i am Kmörrio Kepop from Germany, 33 years, a Dota 2 player of middle quality. I admit, my understandment of the game mathematics and mechanics is better than my actual play hitting buttons, but i am tired of teammates, who do the same easily avoidable mistakes (avoidable lack in softskills) over and over again and so give their team a disadvantage from the start, so i decided to found a team where everybody is aware of certain teamrules, which regard for example hero picking, item choices, position- and farm priorities, rune taking, important early laning phase patterns and so on.
if i could find a few friendly guys here of no matter age and country, to have like a 6 to 7 man team, for playing captains mode, that would be great!
of course we have to use teamspeak to communicate in game and - very important - already in picking phase.
i am very fine with having a team speaking in english, but in case 5 german guys wanna join the team the teamlanguage could be german as well. my only restriction is my matchmaking area, western europe, so this should be the teams main matchmaking area also.
the account i play is at the moment at around 1700 mmr, i dont know my actual strength, but it cant really be below 2500, potentially a lot higher.
if u guys are not seriously higher rated than 3500 MMR, that would be fine.
