Hey there :)

I recently started recruitment for a new team that is also open to more inexperienced players who have the time and motivation to become good at the game.

The goal of this team is to have a consistent group of players to queue with and at some point dive into the high-end competitive areas of the game. This is obviously a very optimistic and time-consuming endeavour but it wouldn't be the first ridiculous thing people have achieved. I very much prefer the open-minded and committed approach to competitive play instead of the "have X MMR" / "have X hours in the game" and then gloriously collapse as a team because of misinterpreted expectations or inappropriate behaviour.
