Position: Fortnite Head Coach

Team Noxa is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Fortnite Coach to join our organization and help develop our competitive roster.

We’re looking for someone who understands the competitive Fortnite environment and can help players improve both individually and as a team.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze gameplay, VODs, rotations, and decision-making
• Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop strategies, practice routines, and team systems
• Prepare players for tournaments and competitive events
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain a professional team environment
• Work closely with players and management to establish long-term development goals

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong understanding of competitive Fortnite
• Previous coaching or competitive experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable and committed to the team
• Able to provide constructive, objective feedback
• Passionate about developing players and building a competitive program
