Looking for a valorant team to play with and improve as a team and as a player.

Looking to be recruited by a Valorant Team and play frequently with them to improve and gain experience. Not played in any Lans although have played in different online tournaments but have never really finished very well. Im dedicated to play and want to take this as a job one day, no matter how long we grind for. Been thinking about joining a Team for a long time but never knew where to look. My rank was Plat 2 in the beta.
