BLUE FLAME ESPORTS IS LOOKING FOR VALORANT COACHES, ASSISTANT COACH, ANALYSIS TEAM, AND PLAYERS!!!
Blue flame Esports is an organization based in the EU dedicated to finding highly motivated individuals to coach, Analyze, and play at the highest level!
Coaching Requirements:
-Have a fundamental understanding of the game of Valorant
-Respectful
-Creative
-Reliable
-Dedicated
-Willing to work with players for all over the EU
-Ability to communicate well with others such as players, Analysis team, as well as management
-The Ability to solve internal problems
-Ability to motivate individuals
-Having experience at a high level with FPS games in preferred
-Must speak some English
Analysis Team requirements:
-Have an advanced understanding of Valorant
-Must be willing to watch VODs (team scrimmage/pro Games)
-The ability to find, create and refine strategies
-Good communication
-Focused and reliable
-Must Speak Some English
Player Requirements:
-Respectful
-Willing to play at a high and competitive level
-Good Communication skill
-Reliable
-Ability to work well with others
-Must speak some English
