If you are a manager of a team and reading a message returns a 403 error, it is almost always for the same reason: the message was received before you were promoted to manager.

History predating your arrival stays reserved to the team's creator. Messages received since your promotion are accessible to you as normal.

If the error shows up on a message received after your promotion, write to contact@seek-team.com and tell us which team is affected.
