Your profile picture is uploaded straight from your account.

1. Sign in, then open My account from the menu (the My account page).
2. In the image box at the top of the page, click to pick a file from your computer.
3. Save the page.

The new picture immediately replaces the old one on your profile, your CVs and your messages.
