Our academy supports and has access to a wide variety of leagues. Advanced players with ambitions of playing professional may compete in a handful of high level leagues simultaneously while others may compete in one or two leagues in lower divisions.

203 Esports Academy is a new addition to 203 Sports Academy, offering a prep-school experience for students ready to take their esports career to the next level. Located in Stamford, Connecticut, E203 provides flexible after-school and day-school programs for local students, as well as a complete boarding experience within our modern student dormitories for grades 7-12. Our athletes compete in appropriate semester-long leagues and tournaments, with opportunities to participate in multiple competitions each week. Beyond competition, E203 is built around comprehensive athlete development, combining structured esports training with the physical, cognitive, and mental preparation needed to perform at the highest level.

Development opportunities include:
- Daily structured practices with coaches and teammates
- Individualized VOD review and gameplay analysis
- Cognitive and reaction-time training
- Mental performance coaching
- Individualized training plans developed directly with each athlete's coach
- League and tournament competition throughout each semester
- Team-based training and competitive development
