I want to grind my way to ALGS. I don’t even want to win the damn thing right now. It seems too high a mountain but I do think I’m capable of IGLing a team to the play in and building a nice little community

Hello there! I have been playing controller on consoles since I was 5 years old. When apex first launched I had an Xbox and I did okay. But then I got a PS4 and I started dominating in solo rank(highest rank is D1, also a quadruple diamond)
I recently made the switch to MnK and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, I have so much more control and have so much more movement now! I run a clan of about 20 people all high platinum or diamond players. I am currently looking for an org that will 1, give me a chance to grow and 2, improve my gameplay (ie: jiggle peaking, tap strafe, jiggle aiming)
