Grow together with a team

I play mostly everyday, above average, play league alone, and tired of nobody knowing what there doing. Looking for a team who doesn’t expect me to dedicate my life for COD and understand I have responsibilities and priorities that take place first, but can grow together and eventually compete according to everyone’s schedule.
