Maintaining a consistently good team.

Call of duty: Modern warfare: (Kills - 30082, Time Played - 10d 00h 19m)
Call of duty: Black ops Cold war: (Eliminations - 16340, Time Played - 03d 20h 43m)
Currently have a 1.58 E/D which is down from 1.82 before I started camo challenges. Lots of GB experience but cant find the right team, played one challengers cup and the team didn't do well although I maintained a 1.5kd throughout the games played. Looking for an experienced team that want to grind pro points and challengers.
