Improve skills

I am a recent high school graduate that is trying to get into the competitive scene, as far as Call of Duty goes. I can play around 4-6 hours a day Monday through Friday. I’m not the best, but I’m definitely not the worst. I definitely have lots of room to improve. So, interested in a team that will help me develop my skill.
