This is the first time I've ever applied for a regular online team. I'm looking for a team to grow with. I take every loss as a chance to review game play and learn what I could have done better for the team. I never blame team members - if a team member doesn't do something correctly, I take initiative and not only tell myself that I could have made a better call out, but work with them to see what we can change or do better in the future to make things work. I avoid drama at all costs and don't take anything personally. It's a game, but a game I take seriously and want to continue to improve on in the future. I am an AR main currently in "expert" that constantly practises shot calling and other call outs.
