To find a multiplier team that heps each other and wins tournaments

I am 14 yrs old,and been playing call of duty since I was 7,Currently I am lvl 238 in bocw,and I am pretty good at it.I Like to play, I can sometimes can get salty,but otherwise I am very good, I can play with open mic or push to talk,I have been looking for a team to play with for a while now and would like to join yours Please do not judge based off my age.
