I want to learn to become a pro player and play with an actual team with comms and participate in tournaments.

I started playing Call of Duty dedicatedly during Cold War, and now playing MW3. I have 600 hours in the game but haven't played much ranked. I am new to the scene. I play all game modes. Core, hardcore, search, ranked, warzone, multiplayer, etc.
