I want to find a team that takes the game as seriously as me and I can play with for hours

I currently have 15 days played on MW and have played cod for about 10 years. I am looking for a team to play SND with or participate in scrims with. I have been playing MW for at least 5 hours a day and I am out of school so I can play for much longer than usual. I also have good teamwork and communication skills. The main reason why I'm trying to join a team is because I want to play cod competitively in the future.
