Joining an organization for a decent term and being able to build and grow.

Looking to join a team and find a steady platform to play consistently. Active in comms when I'm comfortable but I stay pretty humble most of the time. I want to join a team that is taking this seriously but I'm also looking for a good active group that would be comfortable with the growing pains that I'll go through in playing competitively.
