To join an esport team and win a tournament

I am 14 years old and have been playing COD most of my life, my KD is currently a 0.9+ and I'm not the best but am good at the game, I get on average 20 kills per modern warfare game but I only played on the free weekend as I only have warzone. My names callum btw. I play warzone a lot but only with a squad so if I was accepted to a team I would put all my time into warzone to make myself better.
