ambitions

My ambitions for life are to live one of fulfillment, and purpose. My success is important to me, but not as important as giving back. Money doesnt buy happiness, I have learned this the hard way standing in an aisle wondering what expensive thing will fill the void I once felt. Their is no greater feeling than working with someone to help them make that connection to a difficult task at hand, than the moment where they connect with that movement flawlessly, or find themselves allowing the anxiety of getting shot to stop clouding their judgement and finaly stop aiming for dead center and have their sights on the door they already know the enemy's about to pop out from and ending their kill streak with their instructor their to approve on their increased abilities and professional look while gaming.
With The ambition to feel my own self fulfillment, I also am looking very ambitiously to build the type of name for myself I did in the military, in a professional field such as this one. I believe in planting multiple seeds and understanding that a narrow approach only brings back certain results repetitively, so as I look for a place to start my instruction as a part of a new team, if it weren't for my wings made of wax I wouldn't just reach for the sun I would fly to the stars to achieve all I could for not just myself but the ones that back me always and allow me to do what I feel is beneficial knowing I'm not here for status or position, I am here to dominate the opposition because I am a warrior at heart, and miss the battlefield more then I missed my own bed while I was over their. So in a sense your ambitions are also my ambitions, so long as our outlook on leadership and teamwork stay closely in line.

description

In the military an instructor is equivalent to a coach in the civilian world, and most importantly hand in hand when it is compared to the purpose and insights needed when it comes to coaching a FPS (First Person Shooter) based team when compared to the requirements to achieve success within the leagues of eSports. During the year's 2009 - 2017 in the United States Army, 3 of those years were spent giving both classroom and field instruction to soldiers scheduled for mobilization to a combat zone, with the sole requirement to teach the unteachable, which is how to stay alive and return home with 100% of the soldiers you left with. Sadly, that is never the case, but that doesn’t mean a life was lost, because plenty landed in a hospital bed at Walter Reed Hospital, giving thanks to not just god, but to the group of instructors that happened to pop into the heads of many soldiers moments before meeting their maker was almost inevitable. Most of the time you do not realize how much information the brain is consuming until it kicks itself into fight or flight mode and pulls the exact date and time it practiced the situation the sub conscious finds itself in. This happens more than one would think, and if the person was paying attention they will most likely remember it when the time is necessary and never a moment before. I include this observation because video games create a false sense of that same fight or flight response, and with the right coach with experience in survival, a whole team of players can be properly taught the exercises once used through body movement and now executed through the opposable thumb and the muscle memory needing repetitive practice daily, weekly and monthly, in random times but sequential patterns based of the maps this particular method will require proper execution to avoid a kill that could possibly be the deciding factor of a skirmish or the last playoff game of the season.

When it comes to perfection I believe in repetition and immense focus on the proper techniques and a players ability to execute them precisely over the outcome after they execute their attempt to flee or finish their opponent during the moments its required the most for their survival and the teams. Just like a soldier zero's their weapon before walking onto the battlefield, a player must perform a series of pre match checks and balances to assure distraction does not insure after its to late to make adjustments and watch their teammates who require overwatch while moving to secure and objective or clear out a room with a duo of campers, posted up and angled in a way "The fatal funnel" as the army would describe to be a means to an end for a whole squad on patrol to the two executing the correct lines of fire that leave each other inches from the round leaving their partners rifle creating what the league calls "friendly fire".

If you were to ask me if I saw myself as a perfect fit for a coaching position upon leaving service, I would have replied on how bad I performed while playing video games and how much I was not the correct match. It wasn’t until the need to share the knowledge I have obtained not only regarding military exercise, but also while seeking out the methods and steps to becoming successful a an entrepreneur and small business owner through online sales and marketing, and how these particular sets of skills combined, can not only build a high performing death squad of team mates that resemble the cinematic version of an infantry based squad, but also how to find the team ways to earn revenue through passive income based approaches that will in turn prevent a future champion from washing out due to financial issues. It is the sad truth that unless sponsored, its one the player to pay their way, and so long as my team brings their weight to the table with them every time, I will pick up the slack by closing the mind to struggles outside the arena or practice using the skills I already know and used time and time again to complete a project I still receive royalty checks from today.

In this line of a work, a coach is a Sheppard to a very unique flock, that require a leader, but also a stand in parent and confidant that can lower the mental stress that could cost the whole team a match they have been training weeks for. This is not just a job I am willing to do, it is a job I have been doing my whole life in one way or another, and by this time in my life I am not only confidant as my role as a leader, I embrace the requirement and responsibility necessary to do it right. Bad leadership is like a cancer that usually starts with the one bad apple the whole team cherishes, who gaslights a moment that if not handled with kid gloves, could be irreparable as a whole for the team, costing everything on the line for the season with sponsors and rival teams scheduled to compete with the recently divided team. It takes a person with the ability to see both sides and separate their own judgement for the greater good of the team and the individuals sponsoring them to go out and do what they love. It is because of these reasons I feel you can do no better when it comes to finding a suitable candidate. You may find someone who looks better on paper, but chaos is my calming zone, I learned that the place I thought I would freeze up the most became the place I could walk invisible to my opponent so long as my rifle stayed unfired until I reached my opponent or a clear line of shot I knew by gut instinct, I could make without requiring a second, or better off walking in the already compacted footsteps of my prey, leading me straight to the hid. While letting the Ak 47 shots muffle my uniform fabric from swishing to loud , and letting me reach a point close enough that all that was left to do was wait for the bolt on the rifle to slam open hungry for ammo, and had this been the actual league, happiness would pursue, but it’s the unhappiness that allows me to realize how important having the right teacher is what decides whether or not an instructor pops into your head leading you to safety or myself, instructor for the other guys who doesnt. It is the eSports environment that will let me take what once was only needed for dark times on a daily basis by the hundreds, and now use it to create light with success for the same ones I once fought to protect where I did not find such happiness upon concluding my missions, and through giving back I ultimately am given the greatest gift of all….. A repurposed soul after mine was taken upon discharge from my time in service and my fight had ended for good.
