I want to grow and learn at the same time, I want constructive criticism and feedback on the stuff I do right and wrong so I can improve and know what to keep doing but make better if possible

I am a 21 year old Xbox 1 player from Canada, I’ve been looking for a team of like minded people who are just as passionate as me to grow with and help each other out, I’m a very passionate and driven player, I don’t have many people to play with hence why I’m looking for a team, my 2 friends who I play with will never touch ranked so I’m always putting out group posts and it never works out well, I’m looking to join as a chance to prove my skill and grow and make new friends who are as like minded as me
