I want to grow as a player and have the possibility to maybe go pro one day if that shows up.

I have been playing counter strike all my life basically and I want to have the opportunity to join a team that will allow me to grow as a person and player. I have over 4k hours on my current account however if I am to add all my hours I have played the game for more than 10k hours.
Mainly an aw-per but I can rifle, open frag, lurk, any variant of gameplay I am adaptable to.
