I want a team that is willing to be supportive and try not to flame. I want to win (very badly).

Floating around MGE/DMG currently deranked to MG2 because of poor matchmaking groups. I am willing to fulfill any position. I prefer to play as a support or fragger and I am pretty good at AWPing (although I would prefer not to be the dedicated AWPer). I know many nades, and I am fairly good leader and usually can break up arguments and get players out of tilt. I am also currently in High School (please no sex offenders) and I am decent, just do not judge me for being young.
