Climb up, reach the top of the CS:GO ladder with a good team.

I'm a CSGO player with 1000 hours on count, I'm a stratcaller when I play solo queue so if you pick me I will do calls every rounds. I'm not that old (16), but I not a child neither. I am French, but I still can speak english fluently. I will not accept to join a team which doesn't speak french or english, because a team needs to talk, and everyone must understand each other. If you are a german team which speaks english, I'll maybe accept. But, if you are german and you only speak german then I won't accept.
