Competitive games with serious team

Hi! i'm 3k Hours on dota after 500 hours on dota 1.
I'm 3k4 mmr but I was playing in 4k bracket... I'm looking for a team for playing tournament and competitive games at 4k mmr.
i'm position 1 or 3. I can acctually play position 2 too but not my best.
I play on UE east server and have skype and Teamspeak
