I want to play on a team that wants to have fun but also get better. If it goes well i'd like to join a league or some tournaments.

I'm a 1.5k mmr player. I've only played for about 400 hours so i'm still kind of new. I'll play any role but prefer pos 3/4. I like to have a friendly environment but constructive criticism is welcome. I'm also from the us east so anytime week or weekend until 10pm est is fine for practice or scrims.
