I am looking to join/create a new team to get better and have a certain team cohesion which is hard to get playing pubs with different players every time. Main goal is to have fun with new friends, mainly.

I' playing on US east server. I am looking for people playing weekdays at 8h pm eastern time. Probably 2 to 4 nights a week, depending. I consider myself average player, depending on the hero I am playing since I mainly play random and single draft.
