To achieve something that makes all the time I have spent in dota worth it

My name is Karim Danial and I'm looking for a team to play tournaments here and there. I'm currently a student and play mostly on the weekends but I can also play on weekdays based on the necessity. I can play 2-3 games on a normal day. Weekends I can play 4-8 hours. I've been in a couple of teams with my friends but have not a winning formula. I'm willing to learn and cooperate with **** in English and Malay.
