Level up my skill level and meet players around my skill level

I have been playing since chapter 1 season 1 and have only been improving ever since. I am using an elite controller and am ranked top 300 in canada for wins. Top 160 for controller players.
I have very good end game starts as well as am aware how to get to end game in tournament based modes.
Very eager to get my foot into competitive teams
