I would like to reach 200 wins by the end of August

I have played video games since I was 9. I got a PC back in early September as a birthday present. Played PUBG through 2017 and started Fortnite in January. I have 190+ Wins 2.45 KD in season 5. I am looking for a group of skilled players that I can grind out wins with as well as give me tips and tricks to improve.
