I want to improve on jungle and join a team that can help me reach my full potential.

I play variety most of the time, but the champs I think I am successful on are Graves, Hecarim, Lee Sin, Quinn, Thresh, Blitzcrank, Draven, and Yasuo. As you can see, I play a variety and mainly want to join a team as a jungler. I am currently Silver 3 and my champion pool surrounds Graves, Hecarim, and sometimes Lillia / Elise if we need some AP. I hope to join a team that has good communication and doesn't flame regardless how bad a player is doing and everyone has the same goal, which is to win.
