Have a long-term team wich is as much involves as I am on the game and the team, to improve and be able to play at a Tier 2 team level.

I play overwatch since the output and I started to want play overwatch competitively since the last 6 months.
I am french and already played on europeans team, I can understand an speak english, I usually sub as much as I can when my team doesn't scrim so I have a lot of scrim experience.
My last team disbanded after we did 7wins and 3loses at the 2d edition of Open Division, but I'm still on contact with some mates of this team wich have a good level and are nice to play with.
I am ready to involve myself a lot on the game, however I already involved a lot on teams that disbanded after 2-3 months so I am looking for a long-term team with members that involve also a lot on the team and the game.
Since I started playing overwatch competitively I am playing usually on low gm/mid gm.
I played a bunch of different types of dps because my old dps mate and I played a bit each other every dps but played a lot of briguitte on scrim and feel comfortable with genji/tracer/widow/pharah. Then I still can play well mcree/soldier/junkrat but just didn't play them a lot recently.
