I want to keep improving and raising my level and thus gain a foothold in esports

First of all, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself
I am Nico 15 years old and I am from Germany.
I speak German (native speaker) and English so now I want to tell you why I want to join a team or get a foothold in e-sports. I always want to compete with others in video games and also get better and I'm quite a team player. I don't have any experience in e-sports yet, but I would like to change that.
