Looking to improve and get introduced to play with a team. Open to coaching and advice

Looking for a low Elo team to introduce me into playing with a team, my SR is high gold - low plat but Im not the biggest competitive player but I’m also looking to improve on it more. I believe I could climb on ladder to at least mid plat with a team because last season I played completely solo queue.
