To climb my Tank to High Plat or push my dps/healer to Mid Plat

Hey I am Nossum I am a low plat/high gold tank player and Mid gold healer/dps and I am searching for a Comeptive team in Europe.I am a very flex able player But my Main hero's Would Be Rein/Zarya Genji/Junkrat and Ana with Rein being my strongest hero. I am a vocal player who is looking to climb the ladders of rank and maybe do the occasion scrim.
