Getting better at Overwatch with a team where I know that I can count on others and have fun.

I am a not so good in Overwatch and it opposes my intention to become better that I cannot communicate with my teammates and I don`t know because I am solo now. I cannot focus on specific heroes to become better with. I have this urge to fill the teams needs if the others just pick strictly what they want (3 widowmakers in the team with no tanks or supports so I fill :p)
I would like to join a team where I can have fun and contribute to the win and have fun and honour in loss as well/
