To join a friendly team that i can improve in

I am not the best player but I am an ok player and i would like to join a team. I am sometimes a good shot caller and i can win the game for the team but i am a low rank because of stupid mistakes that i make which costs the team the game. Often i am able to play whenever but on Mon,Tue,Thur,Fri i wouldn’t be able to play until at least 4:30
