Achieve a higher rank and also improve my comms as I mainly just sole queue

I have been champ 1 in 3s and 2s for a while and have mainly just solo queue or play with my one friend who is also the same rank as me in order to get better. I am looking to find a good team in order to improve my skill and improve my rank.
