Slowly start going to hosted tournaments

Hello I would like to be able to play in a team, gain experience, and be able to help others along the way. My in game rank is D3 in 3s and C1 in 2s. My age is 15 and I will mostly be free though I hope to have flexibility cause of personal life.
I really hope to get out there in a big tournament one day or at least be recognizeable.
