Learn to play with a team and get better at my mechanics. Ranking up and being an challenger in Rocket League

So basically I'm just gonna say it straight I'm definitely not the best Rocket League player but I am willing to listen to criticisms and tips. I am also willing to put my time and effort into keeping up with certain goals and expectations of being on a team. I mostly play with my buddies but its casual and I want something a little more competitive. I'm a very competitive person who loves to communicate and I'm really willing to go the extra mile for any team that I'm on.
