To get a proffesional contract

I'm a nor/eng gamer, i have played all my life. I have about 1500 hours on World Of Tanks, played Paragon for about 400 hours and countless other games. I have always wanted to be the best in every game i have played. I want to play for a team, i want to have people to play with, improve with, play tournaments with. I'm looking for a team to play with, to become the best, most flawless players.
