Find a team with a desire to win, and get high MMR!

I have played many ranked and casual games on smite, I am level 145 and I've been wanting to find a team that could bring me past 2000+ MMR. I've been in a dreadful loop of winning and losing ranked just because there is always that one or two players that are either not serious or are new to the game. I work in all roles, but I'm best at either mid or solo. I have a mic and am available all week and sometimes a little on the weekends.
